Our Warranty

Above All Fences, Decks, and Construction warrants to the original homeowner/consumer our workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover materials, which are covered through the manufacturer’s warranties. Most commonly, our manufacturer’s product warranties extend for periods of 10 years to a Lifetime.

Should any defects occur due to improper installation during the warranty period, Above All will repair or replace at its discretion the defective product.

This warranty does not provide protection against failure or damage caused by situations and events beyond normal exposure conditions, including but not limited to:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.

• Impact from foreign objects, fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, hail, hurricane, other casualties, or acts of God.

• Movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or structure on which the fencing, decking or railing is installed.

• Products that have been painted, varnished, or coated.

In the event of a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, the original warranty shall apply to the repaired product and will extend for the balance of the warranty period in effect at the time of the repair.
